On our vertical machine, metal inserts are placed and overmoulded into connector caps and terminations — including work for a global connector manufacturer. US and EU buyers know this work as cable overmolding: overmolded cable assemblies and connectors, delivered finished. Around them sits the high-count world of electrical moulding: protection caps, dummy caps, panel enclosures and assemblies, in volumes where the hundred-thousandth part must match the first.
Materials are chosen for the duty: unfilled and glass-filled nylon for toughness and temperature, polypropylene and ABS where economics lead. Enclosure work includes moulding plus assembly — delivered ready to install, not as loose parts.
