Business Development Manager — Plastics
Own Kruger’s growth: OEM key accounts in India, the export pipeline to the United States and the Middle East, and the RFQ-to-order conversion our 48-hour DFM promise creates. You will work directly with the partners and the engineering team — a selling role with real technical backing.
- 15–20 years in sales and marketing of plastic injection moulded components
- A track record of winning and growing OEM accounts — automotive, electrical, medical or similar
- Comfortable reading drawings and discussing tooling, materials and DFM with customer engineers
- Export or China+1 enquiry experience is a strong advantage
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Bengaluru
Quality Engineers
Keep the discipline our customers buy: incoming, in-process and final inspection, batch traceability, and inspection records per shipment — across parts from 10 g to 5.2 kg, under our ISO 9001:2015 system.
- 3–6 years in quality roles in plastic injection moulding
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 documentation and audits
- Confident with measuring instruments and inspection reporting
Production Supervisors
Run the shop floor: machine start-ups, mould changes, process parameters on SCADA/HMI, and a shift team that hits targets without cutting corners.
- 5–10 years on injection moulding shop floors, hands-on with machine setup and troubleshooting
- Experience across a range of clamp forces — we run 60 to 1300 tonnes
- Shift and team leadership experience; ITI or Diploma in plastics/mechanical preferred
