Build precision things with us: four roles open now

Kruger Industries is a growing, family-owned injection moulder in Peenya, Bengaluru, part of the Microtex Group, Indian industrial manufacturing since 1969. Nine machines from 60 to 1300 tonnes with servo drives and SCADA, parts from 10 g to 5.2 kg, ISO 9001:2015. Our customers are OEMs in batteries, filtration, HVAC, electrical and railways, with a Kuwait export running and our first United States order in production. The factory expands only with people, and these are the four we need now.

Business Development Manager, injection moulding

Open and grow OEM accounts for custom moulding: battery makers, filtration, HVAC, electrical and railway OEMs in India, and the export lanes we are building, with our 48-hour DFM reply as your opening offer. You work directly with the Managing Partner and the Head of Production, and you own the order book you build.

• Twelve years or more selling custom injection moulded parts to OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
• In the last five years you opened new OEM accounts for a moulder, from first call to first purchase order, and you can show the part, the volume and the price
• You read a drawing and estimate tonnage, cycle time, resin and cavitation without help, and you talk DFM with customer engineers
• Export enquiry experience is a strong advantage
• Based in Bengaluru, or willing to move; travel to customers is part of the job

Production Manager, injection moulding

Run the plant day to day: nine machines from 60 to 1300 tonnes, mould changes, process setting on SCADA and HMI, shift teams, output and scrap, and the discipline that keeps an ISO 9001:2015 system honest. You report to the Head of Production and you grow the plant with us.

• Ten years or more in injection moulding production, at least five of them leading shifts or a plant
• Hands-on with machine setup, process parameters and troubleshooting across a range of clamp forces
• You plan people, moulds and material so that the machines run, and you keep the records that prove it
• A Diploma or degree in plastics or mechanical engineering; CIPET preferred

Head of Quality Assurance, injection moulding

Own the quality our customers buy: incoming, in-process and final inspection, batch traceability, inspection reports and certificates of conformance per shipment, customer audits and the ISO 9001:2015 system, across parts from 10 g to 5.2 kg.

• Ten years or more in quality roles in injection moulding, with the measuring instruments, the records and the customer audits that go with them
• You know injection moulding inside out: defects, their causes at the machine and in the mould, and how to fix them with production rather than against it
• ISO 9001:2015 documentation and audits
• A Diploma or degree in plastics or mechanical engineering; CIPET preferred

Production shift supervisors

Run a shift: machine start-ups, mould changes, process parameters on SCADA and HMI, and a team that hits the plan without cutting corners.

• Five to ten years on injection moulding shop floors, hands-on with machine setup and troubleshooting
• Experience across a range of clamp forces; we run 60 to 1300 tonnes
• Shift and team leadership; ITI or Diploma in plastics or mechanical preferred
