The quote-request form
When you submit the form, we receive the details you enter (name, company, contact details, country, and your requirement) and any files you attach. Purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and for subsequent business correspondence. This information is emailed directly to our engineering and management team. Attached files are transmitted as email attachments and are not stored on this website — they are automatically removed from the web server as soon as the email is sent. Our email is operated on Google Workspace. Correspondence is retained as ordinary business records.
Spam protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical signals (such as browser characteristics) to distinguish people from bots — described in Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum — and by Akismet, which checks submitted form content against known spam patterns, operated by Automattic under its privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts. The only cookies that may be set are those strictly necessary for security (the form protection above). Our hosting provider (Kinsta) keeps standard, short-lived server access logs for security and performance. If this ever changes, this page will change first, and where required by the law of your country you will be asked for consent before any non-essential cookie is set.
Your rights and contact
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to kruger@microtex.com with the subject “Data request”. Requests go to our designated grievance contact and are answered without undue delay — these rights apply wherever you are. For persons in India: we operate under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules; once the Act’s grievance provisions are fully in force, unresolved complaints may be escalated to India’s Data Protection Board. This policy was last updated on 21 August 2026 and will be revised if our practices change.
